Doughnuts/Пончики

My dear boyfriend fell ill and I decided to make some doughnuts to make him happy. It was the first time I've made them, so I wasn't sure they will be good. But actually I got a nice kind of medicine. Sweet and tasty.

Dough:
1 cup milk
30 gr. of butter
2 egg yolks
12 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon sugar
30 gr. of compressed yeast
pinch of salt
vegetable oil (for frying)

Glaze:
100 grams of milk chocolate

Preparation:
  • In large bowl, sift the flour.
  • In warm milk add the yeast. Mix well. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes add sugar, salt, egg yolks to the yeast and milk. Whip.
  • Add warm but not melted butter. Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour the mixture in the flour. Knead elastic dough.
  • Cover the dough with a towel and put in a warm place for 40 minutes (the dough should rise by 2-3 times).
  • A table sprinkled with flour, roll out dough 1 cm thick, cut out  mugs of donuts. Give them to lie still for 20-30 minutes.
  • Heat the oil. Fry the donuts on both sides until golden brown. Frying oil should be enough to keep the donut covered for a half.
  • Put the donuts before serving on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • Melt in microwave or in a water bath chocolate. Cover donuts with glaze.

Bon appetit!
