I've been making these muffins for many times, with different fillings and decorations, but I think this is the best one. Nice combination of chocolate. And it's actually very easy to make them.

Dough:
75 gr. butter
50 gr. dark chocolate
75 gr. sugar
2 eggs
3 tablespoons sour cream
150 gr. flour
0.5 teaspoon soda
10 gr. of vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
Filling:
Chocolate spread (for example, Nutella)
Сell:
dark Chocolate
white chocolate
Preparation:
- Melt chocolate and butter on a water bath. Add the sugar.
- In a bowl beat the eggs with the salt into the foam, still whisking, add the sour cream and chocolate-butter mixture.
- Mix flour with soda, sift and add to mixture.
- Put the dough in the molds so that they were on the third full.
- Then in the middle of each mold put in one teaspoon of chocolate spread (if it is too liquid,put it in the fridge for a while before cooking).
- Put a little dough on top in the molds so that they were about 2 / 3 full.
- Bake at 180°C.
- Get muffins from the oven and allow to cool.
- While the muffins cool, melt separately white and dark chocolate.
- When the muffins cooled, decorate them with chocolate cell.
