Ingredients:
Dough:
350 gr. flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
226 gr. butter
120 ml. cold water
Filling:
300 gr. raspberry
1-2 apples
2 tsp cornstarch
3 tbsp sugar

- Place flour, salt and sugar in a food processor. Mix.
- Then add the sliced pieces butter, mix again until smooth granular mass.
- Add cold water and knead the dough.
- Wrap it in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for an hour.
- If the raspberries were frozen, let then thaw and drain the juice.
- Dice or grate an apple.
- Mix berries with the apple, add the sugar and cornstarch.
- Remove the dough from refrigerator. Divide it into 2 parts.
- Roll out on the floured surface to a thin layer. Gently move the dough with the rolling pin into pie dish.
- Make small holes in the dough with a fork so that it doesn't rise during baking.
- Roll out the second part of dough. Cut it into strips. Make the lattice, as it's shown here.
- Bake at 200 С.
