Ingredients:
Dough:
175 gr. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp sugar
110 gr. butter
60 ml. cold water
Filling:
120 gr. dark chocolate
85 gr. butter
25 gr. sugar
30 ml. ice water
2 eggs
- Place flour, salt and sugar in a food processor. Mix.
- Then add the sliced pieces butter, mix again until smooth granular mass.
- Add cold water and knead the dough.
- Wrap it in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for an hour.
- Bring butter, sugar and coffe to the boil.
- Pour the mixture on the chocolate and mix until chocolate is completly melted.
- Then add the eggs one at a time, beating after each.
- Remove dough from the fridge. Roll out on the floured surface to a thin layer.
- Fit the dough into molds for tartlets.
- Make small holes in the dough with a fork so it doesn't rise during baking.
- Bake tarts at 180 C for 10 min, then remove them from the oven, pour chocolate-coffee fiiling and bake for 10-15 min. more.
- Remove the tartlets and let them cool completely.
