Chocolate Tartlets/Шоколадные тарталетки

I've got some dough left from "Appleberry" pie, so I've made nice "tartelettes au chocolat". But they are not just chocolate one. Strong brewed coffee will add pleasant aroma of Sunday morning.

Ingredients:
Dough:

175 gr. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp sugar
110 gr. butter
60 ml. cold water

Filling:
120 gr. dark chocolate
85 gr. butter
25 gr. sugar
30 ml. ice water
2 eggs

  • Place flour, salt and sugar in a food processor. Mix. 
  • Then add the sliced ​​pieces butter, mix again until smooth granular mass. 
  • Add cold water and knead the dough. 
  • Wrap it in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for an hour. 
  • Bring butter, sugar and coffe to the boil. 
  • Pour the mixture on the chocolate and mix until chocolate is completly melted. 
  • Then add the eggs one at a time, beating after each. 
  • Remove dough from the fridge. Roll out on the floured surface to a thin layer. 
  • Fit the dough into molds for tartlets. 
  • Make small holes in the dough with a fork so it doesn't rise during baking. 
  • Bake tarts at 180 C for 10 min, then remove them from the oven, pour chocolate-coffee fiiling and bake for 10-15 min. more. 
  • Remove the tartlets and let them cool completely.
