Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups flour
150 gr. dark chocolate
70 gr. butter
decoration for baking
Preparation:
- Beat the eggs with the milk.
- Add flour and mix.
- Grate 50 gr. chocolate, add to the dough.
- Grease the molds with butter, pour the dough.
- Bake at 180 °C.
- Melt the butter and 100 gr. of chocolate on a water bath.
- Get pudding from oven, allow to cool slightly. Garnish with chocolate and decoration for baking.
