Dough:
2.5 cups of flour
3 / 4 teaspoon salt
300 gr. butter
3 / 4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Glaze:
1 egg white
1 cup powdered sugar

- Beat the softened butter with sugar.
- Mix flour with salt.
- Add an egg and vanilla into the sugar-butter mixture. Whisk until smooth.
- Gradually add flour in a mixer, knead the dough.
- Divide dough into 2 pieces and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Allow dough to cool for 2 hours in refrigerator.
- The dough thinly rolled on floured board. Also pour flour on the dough.
- Cut the dough with cookie moulds.
- Bake at 180 ° C until they are golden.
- While cookies cool, whisk sugar and egg white. You may color the glaze with food color.
- Decorate cooled cookies with glaze and small candies.
