Ingredients:
180 gr. any kind of nuts (I used hazelnuts,cashew and walnuts)
250 gr. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
180 gr. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
30 gr. butter
2 eggs
- Mix flour and baking soda, make the groove in the midle.
- Put sugar, vanilla, salt, butter, aggs and nuts. Knead the dough.
- Divide into 6 parts and form rollers 25 cm lenght.
- Wrap rollers in foil and put into the fridge for an hour.
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Put rollers on baking sheet covered with baking paper at 8 cm from each other.
- Bake for 15 min., let them cool.
- Cut diagonally into circles 1 cm. in width
- Put the cut side on the baking sheet and bake for another 10 min.
- Let them cool
