Chocolate Fudge/Шоколадный фадж

You probably have noticed that I'm passionate about chocolate and everything that's made of it. This post isn't about baking but still about one of the tastiest and fastest things I've ever done.

Ingredients:
350 gr. dark chocolate
400 ml. condensed milk
2 Tbsp butter
pinch of salt
200 gr. hazelnuts



  • Melt the chopped chocolate, condensed milk, butter, and salt in a pan on a low heat.
  • Chop the nuts and add them to the chocolate mixture.
  • Cover the dish with baking paper and pour the mixture.
  • Put the fudge into the freezer for 30-40 min.
  • Cut into small squares before serving.
